The TSSAA has released their initial region and district alignments for the 2025-2027 cycle.
In football Region 4-5A with Franklin County, Tullahoma, Lawrence County, Columbia and Lincoln County.
In Region 5-1A it will be Huntland, Cornersville, Eagleville, Fayetteville, Moore Co. and Richland.
Region 6-6A Coffee County and Shelbyville are in with Brentwood, Franklin, Independence, Ravenwood and Summit.
In basketball, baseball and softball, District 12-3A will be Franklin County, Giles County, Lawrence County and Marshall County.
District 9-1A Huntland, Cornersville, Fayetteville, Moore Co., Richland
District 6-4A Coffee County and Shelbyville have been placed with Cookeville, Lincoln County and Warren County. District 9-AAA soccer, Franklin County, Coffee County and Shelbyville are in with Columbia, Lincoln County and Warren County.
District 8-AA soccer, Tullahoma was placed with Battle Creek, Giles County, Lawrence County, Marshall County, Murfreesboro Central Magnet and Spring Hill.
District 9-1A Cascade, Community, Fayetteville, Forrest, Huntland.
In Volleyball District 9-AAA: Franklin County, Coffee County, Shelbyville, Tullahoma Columbia, Lawrence County and Lincoln County.
District 7-AA wrestling: Franklin Co. High School, Coffee Co. Lincoln Co., Oakland, Riverdale,
Rockvale, Shelbyville, and Warren Co.
Schools may appeal to their region and district placements to the TSSAA next week. After the board of control rules on the appeals the districts and regions are finalized and schedules in each sport will begin to be made. The TSSAA will set the football region schedules through 2025 to aid with a shortage of officials in the state.
