John Ronald Cassidy of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at his residence in Tullahoma, at the age of 88.
A native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, he is the son of the late John Vincent and Catherine Marie Hopkins Cassidy. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Delores Cassidy and one grandson, Scott Steven Cassidy.
The family has chosen cremation, and no services are being planned at this time.
John was a high school graduate and was of the Catholic faith. He served in the United States Army, and we all owe him a great debt of gratitude for his service.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Patricia Sue Hamilton Cassidy of Tullahoma, Tennessee, children, Robert Scott (Barbara K.) Cassidy of Wartrace, Tennessee, John Richard (Debora Ellen) Cassidy of Plymouth, Michigan, Kathleen Marie (Robert) Dougherty of Tullahoma, Tennessee, sisters, Doris Udell of Westland, Michigan, Louise Eckles of Westland, Michigan and two grandchildren.
