Kelly Franklin Hall, age 67, of Winchester, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at St. Thomas Rutherford. He was born in Winchester, Tennessee, on September 27, 1957, to James Donald and Nelwyn Miles Hall. Kelly was a dedicated veteran, serving in the National Guard. He attended both First Baptist Church of Winchester and Grace Community Church of Estill Springs. Kelly was not only a dedicated family man but was a devoted worker, pouring his heart into the family businesses like Don Hall Ford and Halls Furniture for many years. He cherished every moment spent outdoors, whether it was casting a line or tracking game in the woods. Kelly will be remembered for his infectious laughter and generous spirit. Kelly was a friend to many and was a beloved member of the community. He leaves behind a legacy of joy, respect, and memories that will forever echo in the hearts of all that knew him. He is preceded in death by his mother, Nelwyn Hall. He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Sharon Hall; father, Don Hall; children, Anrae Finney (Marty), Shannon Bradford, Michael Bradford, Missy Bradford, Michelle Burgraff (Rodney), and Patty Pagana (Mark); siblings, Donna Tant (Barney), Kim Schraeder (Archie), Stacy Hall, and Phil Hall (Ginger); seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Watson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Burgraff and Bro. Jason Heath.
