Girl Scouts of the USA is planning to double its annual membership fee over the next two years in an effort to improve its financial situation. Membership dues will remain at $25 for the upcoming year but will increase to $45 for the 2026 membership year and rise to $65 in 2027.
This past Saturday, the organization voted to approve this two-step increase, which represents a 160% price hike. It rejected an initial proposal to raise dues to $85 per year. Additionally, adult membership dues will increase from $25 to $30 next year.
